We have now increased our fleet to include a vehicle that has more accessibility, by having sliding doors and a larger boot to carry items such as wheelchairs. We now also have a wheelchair accessible vehicle, that also carries its own wheelchair, to enable us to help more of our clients attend things they would like, or to take to appointments. These vehicles enable us to support our clients even further. This takes our fleet to 9.

Josh & Jenny have organised and held 2 quiz nights to raise money for the Pilgrims Hospice, our carers chosen charity of the year. Between the two we have raised over £400! Jenny was our quiz master, and thoroughly enjoyed making the questions, after attending local quizzes beforehand to get some inspiration. Thank you to our sponsors for these events: Finberry Primary School & The Stour Academy Trust, Little Raj, Crown Construction SE, Coral Allon and all the other people who donated raffle prizes. Thank you also to Sophie at Devoted Homecare for donating a winning hamper and losers wooden spoons for both events.
Quiz night
Josh & Jenny organised an Easter Egg Hunt at Finberry Primary School to raise more funds for our charity of the year, the Pilgrims Hospice. We managed to raise £260 at this event and donated all the remaining eggs and cakes from the cake sale directly to the hospice for staff and patients. A big thank you to our sponsors for this event: E Elvins, Bon Appetit, The Search Mechanics, The Stour Academy Trust, Finberry Primary School, Chartwells & Jackies Ironing Services (who also volunteered her free time to help). Thank you also to our team of carers who volunteered their free time to come and help - Kathy, Stella, Tiffany, Ashlie & Danielle.
Easter Egg Hunt
We have managed to raise £1742.72 for the Pilgrims Hospice in 2024. We have decided that we are no longer doing a yearly charity to sponsor, and will continue each year to sponsor the Pilgrims Hospices. The hospice need to raise £17,000,000 to fund their services each year, and it costs £500 per bed per night. This a charity we work closely with and we would like to continue to sponsor them. A big thank you to Josh & Jenny for organising all the events, to Sophie for donating things to support and thank you to everyone who sponsored or came to our events.
